Responsibilities

* Assist licensed plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. * Help with the troubleshooting of plumbing issues and provide solutions under supervision. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools. * Load and unload materials and equipment for plumbing jobs. * Follow safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment. * Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure job satisfaction. * Participate in on-the-job training to enhance plumbing skills and knowledge. * Perform routine maintenance tasks as directed by senior plumbers.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; plumbing coursework is a plus. * Previous experience in a plumbing or construction environment preferred. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced professionals. * Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment is advantageous. * Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
