FMM is a maintenance and construction company servicing both residential and commercial clients nationwide.

Job Summary

Responsible for assisting in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing, and arranging for repairs of all building operating systems on the site.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Required Skills and Abilities

* Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing installation and service * Professional written and verbal communication skills * Works well with a team * Ability to work independently without instruction. * This position requires the ability to pass a drug screen. * Tech savvy (mobile friendly technology) * Problem solving skills * Tools are not required but are a huge plus!

Education and Experience

: * High School Diploma * One (1) year of previous experience * Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions using FMM's core values of Quality, Teamwork, Integrity, Safety, and Versatility * Proficient in computer, text, and email skills * May perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

* Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time. * Ability to pass a Fit for Duty Screening
