Plumbing Installer

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Champion AC of Austin is seeking a skilled and licensed Install Plumber to join our team. This role focuses on executing plumbing installations for work sold by another licensed plumber. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems, be detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. Plumbers are paid weekly and have uncapped commission opportunities.

What you will do

* Install plumbing systems and fixtures according to specifications and building codes. * Interpret job orders to determine layout and installation procedures. * Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure accurate execution of sold work. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment. * Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as needed. * Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members and clients.

What YOU will bring

* Valid Texas plumbing license: Tradesman Plumber License or higher. * Minimum of 2 years of plumbing installation experience preferred. * Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
