Location: Bellevue, WA Pay: $20–$25 per hour (DOE) Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday (some flexibility depending on job site)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Plumbing Laborer / Apprentice to join our growing team in the Bellevue and Kirkland area. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided. Ideal for someone looking to start a career in the plumbing trade and grow with a reputable company.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers with residential and/or commercial plumbing installations and repairs
• Carry, load, and organize tools, equipment, and materials on job sites
• Cut, measure, and assemble piping (PVC, copper, PEX, cast iron) under supervision
• Assist with installing plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters, and garbage disposals
• Support rough-in and finish plumbing work
• Dig trenches and prepare job sites for pipe installation when required
• Perform basic maintenance tasks, including drain cleaning and part replacement
• Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools
• Follow blueprints, work orders, and verbal instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
• Communicate effectively with plumbers, supervisors, and team members
• Learn plumbing systems, codes, and best practices through hands-on training
• Provide professional and courteous interaction with customers when applicable

Qualifications

• No prior plumbing experience required (experience is a plus)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Reliable transportation to job sites in Bellevue and Kirkland
• Basic hand tool knowledge preferred
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Punctual, dependable, and safety-minded
