What You'll Be Doing

• Work directly with the owner on residential plumbing projects
• Read and interpret residential construction blueprints
• Review plumbing plans and specification sheets
• Prepare plumbing layouts and coordinate with builders
• Perform digital plan takeoffs using Bluebeam Revu
• Communicate with builders, project managers, and our field teams
• Assist with estimating, project planning, and scheduling
• Help improve company systems and processes
• Learn the operational side of a successful plumbing company

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience reading residential construction blueprints
• Ability to understand plumbing layouts (experience is a plus but not required)
• Experience using Bluebeam Revu is highly preferred
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated with a desire to continually learn and improve
