Job Overview

Growing Plumbing Contractor seeking an on-site Project Manager for multi-family jobs. Plumbing knowledge is a must. *Pay depends on experience.*

• oversee all phases of commercial l plumbing projects (rough-in to trim out)
• directing site manpower
• managing submittals and change orders
• coordinating material procurement
• conducting inspections.
• Knowledge of state and local plumbing codes
