Responsibilities

• Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
• Schedule appointments, service calls, and project timelines using Housecall Pro.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and bookkeeping using Housecall Pro/QuickBooks.
• Support office management tasks such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and document proofreading
• Assist with customer support by providing clear information about plumbing services and responding promptly to inquiries
• Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and field technicians to ensure timely project updates
• Handle clerical tasks such as filing, copying, scanning documents, and managing correspondence, and invoicing.

Experience

• Prior office experience in administrative or clerical roles within a service or trade industry preferred
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Housecall Pro a plus.
• Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
