About the Role

The Residential Plumbing Service Manager oversees and coordinates all plumbing service operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery across residential and commercial projects. This role is pivotal in managing a team of skilled plumbers, scheduling service calls, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business. The manager will be responsible for budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with safety and industry regulations, ensuring all work meets company standards and legal requirements. Additionally, the role involves continuous process improvement, training, and mentoring staff to enhance technical skills and service excellence. Ultimately, the Plumbing Service Manager will lead the service department to achieve operational goals, profitability, and a reputation for reliability and professionalism within the United States market.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in plumbing is required. Minimum of 8 years of experience in plumbing services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety standards. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites within the United States. Proven ability to manage teams, schedules, and customer service operations effectively.
