Responsibilities

* Supervision of all Plumbing activities. * Assist in running calls as well as performing plumbing duties * Hiring, Training and Leadership of Plumbing Team Members. * A Champion of leading a dynamic Sales Culture with a Growth Mindset. * Conducts individual and departmental Performance Reviews. * Ability to hold others accountable to company policies and procedures. * Handles all Customer related Requests, Concerns, etc. * Able to Create, Establish and Maintain a Safe Work Environment

REQUIREMENTS

* 3+ years of Plumbing Management Experience. * Residential Plumbing Experience Preferred. * Exceptional sales and business acumen. * Demonstrate a great attitude and the ability to communicate effectively to a multitude of individuals consistently. * The ability to hold yourself and your team accountable to achieve company goals. * A forward thinker with the ability to embrace growth and change. * Valid driver’s license * Knowledge of computer systems and software.
