Position Overview

Fix It Quick Plumbing Inc. is growing fast and we’re looking for a driven Plumbing Supervisor/Sales Specialist with 5–10 years of experience. If you can lead techs, guide customers, and confidently close jobs, you’ll fit right in. This role mixes leadership, customer service, and sales — perfect for someone who knows the trade and loves helping customers make smart decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support plumbing technicians in the field
• Perform job walk‑throughs, diagnose issues, and provide repair/upgrade options
• Close jobs and maintain strong customer satisfaction
• Ensure work meets company standards and safety requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication, customer‑service skills, reliable and professional
• Ability to sell jobs confidently and ethically
• Leadership experience or natural leadership qualities
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Available weekends
• Bilingual English/Spanish a must
