Responsibilities

• Perform general plumbing service and drain cleaning work
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
• Operate drain cleaning equipment, sewer cameras, leak detectors, and pipe locators
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times
• Build trust and rapport with customers
• Complete invoices, time cards, and job documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Plumbing and/or drain cleaning experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Willingness to learn and grow within the plumbing trade
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must own personal hand tools
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license required...
