Job Responsibilities

Install and Maintain Plumbing Systems: Perform residential plumbing installations, including water heaters, piping, fixtures, and water filtration systems Diagnose and Repair Issues: Identify plumbing malfunctions, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions Perform Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure systems function efficiently and meet safety standards Investigate and Resolve Problems: Respond to service calls, identify issues, and perform necessary repairs to restore plumbing functionality Work with Gas and Water Lines: Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and gas piping Provide Technical Support and Customer Service: Address client concerns, explain system operations, and ensure customer satisfaction Complete Documentation: Maintain accurate service records, including work orders, job progress reports, and materials used Collaborate with Dispatch and Service Teams: Maintain communication with the dispatcher and other depar...
