What You'll Do:

Troubleshooting & Diagnostics – Respond to call-outs, diagnose plumbing issues, and implement effective solutions to restore system functionality System Inspections & Testing – Inspect plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes Customer Interaction – Communicate with customers to explain plumbing issues, solutions, and recommended services, ensuring customer satisfaction Cost Estimation & Solutions – Prepare accurate cost estimates for plumbing work and advise customers on potential improvements or necessary repairs Preventative Maintenance – Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking water heaters, pipes, and fixtures to ensure optimal system performance Service Titan – Utilize Service Titan software for tracking repairs, service history, and customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation Compliance & Safety – Ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes, industry standards, and safety regulations Customer Service Excellence – Handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and provide timely responses to all service requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
