Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of residential service plumbing experience (Required)
• Ability to diagnose plumbing issues independently
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Has an active plumbing license

This is NOT an apprentice, helper, or entry-level position.

As a Plumbing Service Technician, you'll diagnose plumbing issues, educate homeowners on their options, and perform quality repairs and installations. This role combines technical expertise, customer service, and professionalism to create an outstanding experience on every call.

You'll work independently in the field while following proven company systems, processes, and ServiceTitan workflows designed to help you succeed.

Requirements: This role is NOT a good fit if you:

• Just want to complete calls and head home.
• Dislike explaining repairs or presenting options to customers.
• Prefer working without accountability, KPIs, or structured processes.
