Responsibilities

* Diagnose and repair residential and/or commercial plumbing systems and components * Perform installations of pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing equipment * Conduct routine plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance services * Identify and resolve issues including leaks, clogs, and pipe damage efficiently * Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs, findings, and recommendations * Maintain a clean, organized work environment and service vehicle * Adhere to local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company policies

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Plumbing Service Technician or similar role * Working knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems * Familiarity with South Carolina plumbing codes and safety regulations * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Plumbing license or certification preferred * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
