Plumbing Service Technician (must have 2 years Plumbing experience and sales experience)

Locally owned and operated for more than 20 years Advanced Plumbing, Heating & Air is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Residential Service Technician Plumber to join our close-knit team.

We’re searching for someone with open availability, including weekends.

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential and light commercial plumbing repairs
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow OSHA guidelines
• Build strong rapport with customers and deliver quality workmanship
• Use field software such as ServiceTitan to document work, close out jobs, and collect payment
• Keep your work vehicle clean, organized, and ready to go

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a residential service technician plumber
• In home Sales experience
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of plumbing materials, installation methods, and local codes
• Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, and structural plans
• Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
• Strong organization skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• No felony record
