Position Levels

• Junior Plumbing Technician: 1–2 years
• Plumbing Service Technician: 3–6 years
• Senior Plumbing Technician: 6+ years

What You’ll Be Doing

• Solving real plumbing problems for homeowners and businesses
• Diagnosing issues and providing long-term solutions, not quick fixes
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures
• Communicating clearly with customers so they feel confident in the work
• Taking pride in clean, high-quality workmanship on every job
• Representing the company professionally in the field
