Who You Are

Plumbing Technicians will be responsible for all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of the plumbing systems in residential homes. This includes installing and repairing sinks, water heaters, toilets, other plumbing fixtures, cleaning drains, as well as appliances including dishwashers and garbage disposals. You will accurately diagnose plumbing problems and communicate with clients the options and upgrades that increase safety and enhance the quality/health of life for homeowners.

Essential Job Functions

* Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues * Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues * Always explain to the customer what service you are performing and give exact prices & gain approval before doing the work * Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services for the customer's needs and wants * Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures * Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations * Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans. * Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business * Maintai...
