What You’ll Do

* Run residential and light commercial service calls. * Diagnose plumbing issues and present solutions to customers. * Perform repairs, replacements, and installations. * Educate customers on options (not just quick fixes). * Deliver a high-level customer experience that leads to repeat business and reviews.

Compensation (Where This Role Stands Out)

* Base Pay: Competitive hourly (based on experience). * Commission: Earn % on work you sell and complete. * Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses for production, reviews, and upsells. * Earning Potential: $80,000 – $150,000+. * Technicians who can communicate well and take ownership of jobs consistently outperform typical hourly-only roles.

Requirements

* Experience in drain cleaning, sewer work, or water heaters. * Sales experience or comfort presenting options. * Ability to upsell ethically and confidently.
