IES Residential is seeking an experienced and motivated Plumbing Supervisor to oversee residential plumbing operations across multiple new construction job sites in the San Antonio, Texas area. This leadership role is responsible for managing field crews, ensuring quality plumbing installations, maintaining project schedules, and enforcing safety and code compliance standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential plumbing construction, experience leading teams, and a solid understanding of Texas plumbing codes and inspection requirements. This position requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple active job sites simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plumbing operations for residential new construction projects throughout the San Antonio area.
• Lead and coordinate plumbing crews by monitoring attendance, productivity, workmanship quality, and overall job progress.
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and construction specifications to ensure accurate plumbing layouts and installations.
• Ensure all plumbing systems comply with Texas state and local plumbing codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, builders, site superintendents, inspectors, and subcontractors to maintain construction schedules and workflow.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support to field personnel.
• Manage material ordering, deliveries, and inventory to minimize delays and maintain efficiency across job sites.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
