Job Responsibilities

* Provide solutions to all commercial plumbing and drain issues * Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes including joints, valves, drains and pumps * Installing of new plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, urinals, faucets, water heaters, sump pumps, etc. * Respond and troubleshoot problems and provide cost estimates * Review blueprints and building codes to determine appropriate work procedures * Perform preventive maintenance as required * Support customer service team with vendor and/or customer escalations * Collaborate with service team and supply houses for materials and pricing * Educate and train the sales and service team to better their plumbing knowledge Job Qualifications

• 5+ Years of experience in commercial service plumbing
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to think outside of the box for long-term solutions

* Knowledge of regulations within the plumbing industry * Ability to properly use hand and power plumbing tools * Demonstrated customer service skills; excellent phone etiquette a must * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Pro-active, organized & detail oriented * Valid and clean Driver’s License is a must Benefits
