Plumbing Technician

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnostic & Technical Expertise

• Perform thorough diagnostics and assessments of residential plumbing systems.
• Identify root causes of plumbing issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
• Present clear, solution-oriented service options that help customers make informed decisions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of service calls, diagnostics, and recommendations in ServiceTitan.
• Confidently close service opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Deliver a five-star service experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.
• Stay current on plumbing tools and industry best practices.
• Support team success by collaborating with dispatch, other technicians and office staff
• Participate in ongoing trainings and programs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed Plumber, required
• High School diploma or equivalent, required
• 4+ years of plumbing experience, required
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Consultative sales mindset with the ability to educate customers and present options.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl in tight or confined spaces
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment safely and effectively
