We are seeking an experienced and dependable Plumbing Technician to join our maintenance team and help maintain the plumbing systems that keep our communities safe, functional, and operating efficiently.

Position Summary

The Plumbing Technician is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, fixtures, equipment, and related infrastructure within condominium and homeowner association communities. The position involves preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, water conservation efforts, and support of community-wide plumbing projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic abilities, excellent customer service skills, and experience working in occupied residential communities.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlumbing Maintenance & Repair

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair leaks in water supply lines, drain lines, sewer lines, and irrigation systems.
• Install, repair, and replace:
• Faucets
• Toilets
• Sinks
• Showers
• Water heaters
• Valves
• Pumps
• Backflow devices
• Garbage disposals
• Plumbing fixtures
• Perform pipe repairs and replacements using PVC, CPVC, PEX, copper, cast iron, and galvanized piping.
• Clear clogged drains, sewer lines, and storm drainage systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections on plumbing equipment and systems.

Community Association Maintenance

• Maintain plumbing systems within condominium and HOA common areas.
