Pro-Plumbing Works is a locally owned plumbing company serving Sarasota and Manatee Counties since 2010. We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Technician who takes pride in quality work, communicates well with customers, and wants to be part of a team that values honesty, professionalism, and craftsmanship.

This is a full-time position for a plumber who enjoys diagnosing problems, providing solutions, and helping homeowners with everything from repairs and drain issues to water heaters and plumbing upgrades.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems

Install and replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, disposals, and other plumbing fixtures

Perform drain cleaning and basic sewer troubleshooting

Identify plumbing issues and explain repair options clearly to customers

Complete service calls accurately and professionally

Follow local plumbing codes and company standards

Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area

Work independently while supporting the rest of the team when needed

What We're Looking For

2–5 years of plumbing experience

Experience troubleshooting and repairing residential plumbing systems

Strong customer service and communication skills

Use of phone or tablet to communicate with customers and see job schedule

Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently

Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift equipment, work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Experience with drain cleaning, water heaters, and residential service work is preferred
