As a Service Plumber, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, maintenance, inspection, and replacement of residential plumbing systems and fixtures. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, self-motivated, and capable of diagnosing plumbing issues efficiently while maintaining a professional presence in customers’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, maintain, and replace residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and related components
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues involving water supply lines, drain systems, fixtures, water heaters, and household plumbing equipment
• Perform repairs and replacements for faucets, toilets, disposals, water lines, and other residential plumbing components
• Service and replace water heaters as needed
• Perform sewer and drain cleaning and assist in resolving drainage-related issues
• Locate plumbing leaks, identify failed components, and complete effective repairs
• Install customer-supplied dishwashers and other approved plumbing-related appliances
• Evaluate system conditions and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
• Complete all work in compliance with company standards, safety requirements, manufacturer specifications, and applicable plumbing codes
• Maintain accurate service documentation, including work performed, materials used, and recommendations
• Communicate professionally with customers, clearly explaining findings, repair options, and completed work
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle, work area, and professional appearance at all times
