Duties

• Perform remodeling tasks including framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and finishing to enhance interior and exterior spaces.
• Install plumbing fixtures, troubleshoot plumbing issues, and ensure proper water flow in various projects.
• Lay tile for flooring, walls, backsplashes, and other surfaces with precision and attention to detail.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and schematics to complete construction tasks accurately.
• Read blueprints and schematics to interpret project plans and execute installation or renovation work accordingly.
• Conduct heavy lifting safely to move materials such as tile, flooring, or roofing components on-site.
• Assist with restoration projects including water damage remediation, mold removal, and structural repairs using industry best practices.
• Fabricate custom components or fixtures as needed using CNC machinery or traditional fabrication techniques.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and client specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate project timelines and deliver exceptional craftsmanship across all trade disciplines.
