What You'll Be Doing As our Residential Plumber / Water Heater Installer, you'll: * Install, replace, and service tank and tankless water heaters * Diagnose plumbing and related heating issues with confidence * Ensure all work meets local building and plumbing codes * Pull permits and maintain compliance when required * Work safely, cleanly, and professionally inside customers’ homes * Deliver a 5-star customer experience every time

You'll be trusted to represent our brand in the field - and we'll give you the support to succeed. What We're Looking For * 3-4+ years of residential plumbing experience (water heater installs strongly preferred) * Strong diagnostic skills and solution-oriented mindset * Knowledge of local codes, safety standards, and permit procedures * Professional communication and customer service skills * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * Pride in your work and the drive to grow
