Residential Plumber

You’ll be out in the field diagnosing problems, fixing plumbing systems, and taking care of customers in their homes. This is a service-based role, not just installing pipe—you’ll need to think, communicate, and solve problems on every call.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, experienced, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures, etc.)
• Clearly explain the problem and solution to the customer
• Provide repair or replacement options
• Complete repairs the same day when possible
• Test your work to make sure everything is working properly
• Keep your truck stocked and organized
• Communicate with the office about job status and schedule changes
• Take photos and write clear job notes before closing out each job
• Collect payment when job is completed.
