Residential Plumber

Job description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential plumbing, with a strong understanding of plumbing systems and the ability to work effectively with our customers. This role requires mechanical knowledge, our plumbers perform plumbing services ranging from simple faucet repairs to water heater installations and plumbing system replacements.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to customer service calls, conducts thorough inspections of plumbing issues, accurately diagnoses problems, offers effective solutions and estimates, and successfully closes service sales.
• With the necessary licensing, proficiently installs and repairs various plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, garbage disposal units, dishwashers, and water softeners.
• Conduct sewer and drain cleaning services in diverse environments such as basements, roofs, confined spaces, and close quarters. Ensure thorough cleaning and restoration of work sites to meet pre-job conditions.
• Main Line repair and replacement
• Prepares invoice, totaling costs of services/products provided. Collects payment and explain Home Wellness Plan, both in writing and on provided smartphone.
• Collect payment and move on to the next service call.

Experience

• Proven experience in residential plumbing.
• Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Three or more years of repair and service plumbing experience preferred. Proven Track record in the sale of plumbing products and services required.
• Full knowledge of plumbing systems is essential for performing duties.
• Must have good written and oral communication skills for effective customer service. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in client and co-worker relations.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
