• Assist lead plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential plumbing systems
• Prepare and organize tools, materials, and equipment for each job
• Help diagnose plumbing issues and support repairs
• Maintain clean and safe job sites before, during, and after service calls
• Provide courteous and professional interaction with customers
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Learn and apply plumbing techniques and best practices

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Interest in plumbing or skilled trades
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
