Plumber Helper

Applicants should have previous plumbing experience and be familiar with basic plumbing tools, materials, and installations.

Pay starting at $18 more with experience!

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year plumbing experience preferred
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems
• Experience assisting with water, sewer, and gas line repairs
• Ability to identify common plumbing materials and fittings
• Experience using plumbing hand tools and power tools
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical labor
• Ability to dig trenches and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions while working independently when needed
• Reliable and dependable attendance

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing projects
• Perform water line, sewer line, and gas line repairs
• Assist with water heater installations and replacements
• Assist with drain cleaning and sewer camera inspections
• Cut, assemble, and install various types of piping
• Gather materials and prepare job sites
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely
• Dig and backfill trenches as needed
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Take job site photos and assist with documentation
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with crew leaders, plumbers, and office staff

• Can work without constant supervision
• Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Wants to grow into a Plumbing Technician or Crew Leader position

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
