What You'll Do:* Pre-measure job sites and ensure accurate prep for clean, on-time installs. * Install equipment properly and test for quality assurance. * Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth. * Pursue certifications if needed – we want to invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves. * Own your route and represent Hendrix Air with professionalism.

What You Need

* 1+ years of residential plumbing installation experience. * Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record. * Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged. * Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.
