30-40/Hr Depending on experience

Requirements

• Minimum +5 years of experience as a Residential Plumber Installer. (Please do not apply if you do not have the experience)
• Current and valid Plumber license
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on delivering professional customer service.
• Excellent Communicator
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Meet with the Installation Manager or Senior Technician to review scope of work, installation standards, and manufacturer instructions prior to beginning any job.
• Perform plumbing installations including, but not limited to: water heaters, drain re-piping, water piping re-piping, faucet installations, and all other residential and light-commercial plumbing installations in accordance with applicable codes and company standards.
• Conduct thorough in-home evaluations of existing plumbing systems to identify current issues, code deficiencies, and opportunities for repair, replacement, or system upgrades.
• Accurately document findings, take photos when required, and communicate recommendations clearly to the Senior Technician or Installation Manager to support proper scoping, pricing, and execution of work.
• Ensure all installations are completed safely, neatly, and in compliance with local plumbing codes, manufacturer specifications, and company quality expectations.
