What you will do as a residential Service Plumber

* Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential homes * Present options to customers with education behind each resolution * Document all jobs using ServiceTitan * Communicate with customers, and office team to optimize day * Safely operate a company vehicle * Participate in company training

Required Service Plumber Qualifications

* Must have 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience - REQUIRED * Experience in removing and installing water heaters - Strongly Preferred * Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (company vehicle provided during working hours) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong time management skills * Strong attention to detail * Strong knowledge of safety compliance * Ability to work independently or in a team environment * Able to handle physical workload, lift and carry 60 lbs.
