Residential Service Plumber Schedule: Full-Time Pay: Commission + Performance Bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Service water heaters, fixtures, drains, and piping systems
• Present options and solutions to homeowners with integrity
• Perform system inspections and preventative maintenance
• Document jobs using ServiceTitan
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call

What You Bring

• Active Texas Plumbing License
• Strong residential service experience
• Valid Texas driver’s license (clean record)
• Confidence presenting options to homeowners
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Driven to perform, grow, and earn
