What You'll Be Doing

• Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, including water, drain, sewer, and gas piping
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide solutions for homeowners
• Perform plumbing inspections and ensure compliance with local codes
• Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, water heaters, piping, shut-off valves, and other components
• Respond to service calls involving leaks, clogs, water line issues, and other plumbing emergencies
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Prepare accurate estimates and explain recommended repairs
• Maintain detailed service records and job documentation
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment organized and in good condition

What We're Looking For

• A valid North Carolina plumbing license is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
