Residential Service Plumber

We are rapidly expanding our residential service division and are looking for motivated Plumbing Service Technicians who want to take control of their income and grow with a high-demand residential service company.

This is not just a technician job — it’s a technician + sales role where you run your own service calls, provide estimates, and complete the work.

Compensation

• 28% commission on the sales price (minus materials/other job costs outside of labor)

What You'll Do

• Take incoming residential service calls
• Meet with homeowners and diagnose electrical or plumbing issues
• Provide clear estimates and solution options
• Follow up with homeowners on open estimates
• Close jobs and perform the work
• Deliver excellent customer service and quality workmanship
