What You'll Do

* Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, including: + Water leaks + Burst pipes + Drain clogs + Water heaters + Plumbing fixtures * Perform thorough plumbing inspections and identify repair or replacement opportunities. * Educate homeowners on the condition of their plumbing systems. * Present repair and replacement options that best fit the customer's needs using a consultative, customer-first approach. * Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, including water, sewer, and gas lines. * Complete service documentation, invoices, and job notes using company-provided technology. * Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience
• Experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Valid driver's license
