Residential Service Plumber. (Journeyman or Apprentice license required)

You will focus mainly on running Residential service calls provided to us by Home Warranty companies

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems on construction sites, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding tools safely and effectively during various tasks
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing components to identify issues and perform basic repairs or escalate as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and site regulations
• Run residential service calls through home warranty companies
• Be able to report diagnosis to home warranty

Skills

• Basic understanding of construction processes and construction site safety practices
• Familiarity with construction plumbing techniques and pipe threading operations
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
• Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems, HVAC units, and general building maintenance
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other field service tools
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in assembly, remodeling, or maintenance tasks
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations
• Handyman experience or carpentry skills are a plus for versatile project support
