Position Overview

We are hiring a full-time Service Plumber with at least 5 years of residential service plumbing experience.

This role requires someone who is

• Skilled and confident in plumbing diagnostics
• Comfortable presenting options and selling recommended work
• Professional, clean, and friendly with customers
• Reliable, honest, and easy to work with

Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing service calls
• Diagnose issues and clearly communicate repair options
• Provide honest, solution-based recommendations with price options.
• Complete work efficiently, safely, and to code
• Maintain a clean work area and professional appearance
• Use company software for invoices and estimates
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Drive company vehicle responsibly
• Represent Santor Plumbing with integrity at all times

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of professional service plumbing experience
• Strong knowledge of:
• Water heaters
• Drain cleaning
• Fixtures, toilets, faucets
• Leak detection
• Sewer repairs
• General residential service
• Tankless water heaters , water purification
• Must be confident in selling and explaining repair options
