This role is ideal for a true residential service tech who can diagnose, communicate options clearly, and confidently win approval for solutions, especially someone coming from larger residential service brands (where you've already had strong sales/process training).

Key Responsibilities

• Run residential service calls (water heaters, drain issues, fixtures/toilets, leaks, etc.)
• Diagnose issues quickly and accurately; present options that match the home and the customer
• Produce clean, professional work and leave the home better than you found it
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and the office, set expectations, explain pricing, and close work confidently
• Document work and close out jobs in our field software (FieldPulse)

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of residential service plumbing experience (not maintenance-only)
• Valid driver's license with a reasonably clean record
• Willing to pass a background check and drug screen upon a conditional job offer
