The Residential New Construction (RNC) Field Manager is responsible for directing and managing field operations, workforce performance, project execution, installation quality, scheduling coordination, material procurement, and operational efficiency for residential new construction plumbing projects. This role exercises discretion and independent judgment in managing field personnel, prioritizing operational resources, resolving jobsite issues, ensuring compliance with company standards, and supporting project profitability and timely completion.

The position serves as a key operational leader responsible for coordinating construction activities between field teams, contractors, builders, vendors, and company leadership while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company objectives. The RNC Field Manager is accountable for ensuring projects are staffed appropriately, materials are available when needed, and installations are completed in accordance with company quality standards, project schedules, and budget expectations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Direct and oversee daily field operations for residential new construction plumbing projects across multiple active job sites.

* Supervise field crews, lead personnel, and subcontractors while managing workforce productivity, job performance, and operational accountability.

* Exercise independent judgment in coordinating manpower allocation, project scheduling, workflow prioritization, and operational resource planning.

* Monitor installation quality, project progress, labor efficiency, and operational performance to ensure timely and profitable project completion.

* Conduct routine jobsite visits, inspections, operational reviews, and quality control evaluations.
