About the Role

Quality Plumbing, a trusted name in Seattle since 1978, is seeking an experienced Rough-In Plumber to join our residential remodeling team. This role is ideal for a licensed plumber who takes pride in clean, accurate layout work, understands the importance of getting it right before the walls close, and wants to be part of a company known for craftsmanship, integrity, and long-term careers.

As our Rough-In Plumber, you'll handle the early-stage plumbing installations that set each project up for success. You'll work on high-end residential remodels, installing water, waste, vent, and gas piping systems according to plans, code requirements, and Quality Plumbing standards.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM No nights, weekends, or on-call work

Responsibilities

Install rough-in plumbing systems for residential remodeling projects Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Lay out and install water, waste, vent, and gas piping systems Coordinate with project managers, trim plumbers, apprentices, and other trades Ensure all work meets Washington plumbing code and Quality Plumbing standards Pressure-test systems and prepare work for inspection Troubleshoot layout or field conditions and make accurate adjustments Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Represent the Quality Plumbing standard of care on every project
