Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. is a Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Commercial Design/Build, Construction, and Service company located in Kennesaw, GA. We are looking to hire career minded individuals for the role of full time Commercial Superintendent (HVAC/Plumbing). We provide vehicle allowance, phone, gas card, health insurance and 401K.

Required: Minimum 5 years of relevant HVAC/Plumbing Project Management Experience; Must have a Valid Driver's License; Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex projects within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. They lead cross-functional teams, manage project resources, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Duties/Responsibilities

* Develops project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets. * Leads project kick-off meetings and communicates project goals and expectations to team members. * Allocates resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to support project activities. * Monitors project progress identifies risks and issues, and implements corrective actions as needed. * Develops and maintains professional relationships with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and design professionals. * Manages project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and change orders; develops and presents project estimates to prospective clients. * Manages client expectations related to quality, schedule, and budget while serving the best interest of the client and their goals and expectations. * Conducts regular project meetings, including status updates, milestone reviews, and risk assessments. * Ensures that all work in place is installed to building code, project, and industry standards. * Evaluates project perf...
