### What You’ll Be Doing

• Service, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
• Handle water heaters, fixtures, gas lines, and drain issues
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide solutions
• Run your truck like your own business
• Stay efficient, professional, and focused on quality work

### What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of service plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Own basic tools
• Comfortable talking with customers and closing work
• Someone who wants to make money and take pride in their work

### Pay Structure (Simple + Transparent)

• Commission: 20% of 85% of ticket
