• Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete repairs and installations efficiently.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and mechanical diagrams to guide project execution.
• Conduct remodeling projects or upgrades involving plumbing systems while adhering to safety standards and project specifications.
• Diagnose complex plumbing problems on construction sites or existing structures through thorough assessments and troubleshooting.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections conducted for quality assurance and compliance purposes.
• Assist with construction site tasks such as carpentry or assembly when needed to support plumbing installations or repairs.
• Operate heavy lifting equipment or vehicles for transporting materials safely around job sites.
• Stay updated on current local building codes related to plumbing and water systems to ensure all work is compliant.
