Service Plumber

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Plumber to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of plumbing systems in various settings using hand tools and power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute plumbing tasks.
• Install, repair, and replace pipes, fixtures, valves, and other plumbing components with precision.
• Conduct welding and pipe threading as needed for custom or complex piping projects.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to HVAC systems and water supply lines to identify root causes efficiently.
• Utilize construction experience and construction site knowledge to ensure safe and compliant work practices.
• Assist with remodeling projects by providing plumbing expertise during renovation or upgrade phases.
• Lift heavy materials safely during installation or repair work while adhering to safety standards.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered for project documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven construction experience with a focus on construction plumbing and site work.
• Hands-on experience with welding, pipe threading, and schematics reading.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems and HVAC units.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction site safety protocols.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively in physically demanding environments.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical diagrams.
• Familiarity with carpentry, remodeling processes, and handyman tasks is a plus.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or ability to obtain one is preferred but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to service delivery.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
