Service Plumber

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Plumber (tradesman or journeyman) to be an integral part of our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to join a very fast-growing company with a people-first culture and strong career upside.

This position offers a $5K signing bonus, up to $45/hr base pay + commission, in addition to FULL benefits.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various plumbing systems, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues with a focus on providing effective solutions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with team members and communicate with clients in a manner that reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
• Uphold safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a secure working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, maintenance activities, and parts inventory.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Residential Plumbing Technician.
• Relevant certifications and licenses.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
