Job Responsibilities

Plumbing Installations & Repairs – Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs System Inspections & Testing – Inspect plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes Troubleshooting & Diagnostics – Respond to call-outs, diagnose plumbing issues, and implement effective solutions to restore system functionality Customer Interaction – Communicate with customers to explain plumbing issues, solutions, and recommended services, ensuring customer satisfaction Cost Estimation & Solutions – Prepare accurate cost estimates for plumbing work and advise customers on potential improvements or necessary repairs Preventative Maintenance – Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking water heaters, pipes, and f...
