Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
• Communicate repair options and solutions with customers
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of plumbing or plumbing service experience
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Residential service plumbing experience
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and troubleshooting techniques
